What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, message, division of interest and (optionally) a budget range. The site also records the source page submitted with the enquiry.
The newsletter form asks for an email address. It is accepted only when a newsletter delivery endpoint is configured and responds successfully; otherwise the site reports that sign-up is unavailable.
The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your analytics choice. Optional analytics and advertising tags are loaded only after consent, and only when their corresponding services are configured. The hosting and analytics providers may receive technical information such as an IP address when a page or service is requested.
The site also processes connection information such as an IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How the information is used and sent
Enquiry submissions are sent by the site’s email service to contact@dvngroup.org and nick@dvngroup.org, with an acknowledgement sent to the email address provided. If a CRM webhook is configured, the enquiry is also sent to that endpoint.
The website application does not currently keep enquiries or newsletter sign-ups in its own database. Email inboxes, the email delivery service, any configured CRM or newsletter service, and their respective retention settings may hold the information after it leaves the website.
Consenting to analytics can be withdrawn by changing or clearing this site’s stored consent choice in your browser. The site does not load its configured tags before consent.
Service providers and recipients
Enquiry information is routed to the email recipients named above and, when configured, the CRM webhook. Newsletter addresses are sent to the configured newsletter endpoint. Analytics tags, when enabled after consent, send data to the vendors associated with the configured tag IDs.
The site code does not provide enough information to confirm the providers’ retention periods, contractual terms, or any additional internal access. DVN GROUP should document and verify those arrangements before publication.
Storage and retention
The website does not set a retention period for information held in email inboxes, CRM systems, newsletter services, or analytics vendors. Those periods must be confirmed with the relevant service owners and providers. The website itself does not currently maintain a database of enquiries or newsletter subscriptions.
The analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage until you clear it or change your choice.
Privacy questions and requests
For a privacy question or a request about information you have submitted through this website, contact contact@dvngroup.org. Requests will be handled under applicable requirements. The site configuration does not identify a named privacy or grievance officer or establish a response deadline; DVN GROUP should confirm and add the required details before publication.
Security
The application validates form submissions on the server and applies rate limits. The source code alone does not establish the production host’s transport security, provider security settings, or internal access controls; those must be confirmed for the deployed site.
No system is perfectly secure. DVN GROUP should maintain and follow appropriate incident response procedures for information handled through the site and its connected providers.
